Connective Canine LLC Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Connective Canine website and any forms, inquiries, uploads, or communications you submit to Connective Canine LLC ("Connective Canine," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 6877 Beechwood Dr, Acworth, GA 30102 and 4790 Wright Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30102. By using our website, submitting a form, or contacting us, you ("User," "you," or "Owner") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of, or legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of, any dog you submit information about.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or its data

  • Interfere with the website's operation or security

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content for commercial use without our written permission

  • Use the website to harass, threaten, or harm others

3. Forms, Inquiries, and Information You Submit
3.1 Accuracy. You represent that all information you submit through any form, inquiry, or message is true, accurate, and complete. This includes information about you and your dog's breed, age, health, vaccination status, temperament, and behavioral or bite history.
3.2 Full disclosure. Training and boarding recommendations depend on the information you provide. Failing to disclose known aggression, bite history, medical conditions, or other safety concerns may result in us declining or terminating services. You accept responsibility for any resulting harm or costs.
3.3 Not a contract for services. Submitting a form or inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a spot, or guarantee availability in any program. Services are provided only after you sign a separate service agreement for the applicable program (Virtual, Private, Board & Train, Play & Train, or Group Classes) and pay any required deposit.
3.4 Right to decline. We may decline, cancel, or discontinue any inquiry, consultation, or service at our discretion, including when we determine a dog is not a good fit for our programs or presents a safety risk.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
4.1 Contact for your inquiry. By submitting a form or contacting us, you authorize Connective Canine LLC to contact you by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), email, or other means regarding your inquiry, consultation, scheduling, and services.
4.2 Text messages. CONNECTIVE CANINE LLC sends promotional and marketing messages to users who explicitly consent via a separate, optional marketing checkbox within the website https://www.connectivek9.com chat widget. Messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Marketing messages are only sent after express written consent is provided and are not combined with transactional consent.

4.3 LeadConnector is the ISV for CONNECTIVE CANINE LLC. LeadConnector owns and maintains the widget and opt-in flow for CONNECTIVE CANINE LLC. Users visit the CONNECTIVE CANINE LLC website https://www.connectivek9.com and engage with the chat widget. Users may voluntarily provide their mobile number and select the marketing consent checkbox to agree to receive promotional text messages from CONNECTIVE CANINE LLC. Marketing consent is not bundled with transactional consent and is not shared with third parties.
4.4 Accuracy of contact details. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for notifying us of any changes. You confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address you provide.
5. Uploaded Information and Content
5.1 What this covers. "Uploaded Information" means any information, documents, photos, videos, audio, or other files you submit or upload through our website, forms, email, text, or other channels. This includes vaccination and veterinary records, behavioral history, and photos or videos of you and your dog.
5.2 Your ownership and our license. You keep ownership of your Uploaded Information. By submitting it, you grant Connective Canine LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to evaluate your inquiry, provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and operate our business.
5.3 Authority to share. You give Connective Canine LLC authority to share Uploaded Information with third parties as reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide our services. These include:

  • Veterinarians and emergency animal hospitals

  • Boarding, training, or care personnel and contractors working with us

  • Website, CRM, scheduling, payment, communication, and cloud storage providers

  • Professional advisors such as insurers, attorneys, and accountants

  • Other parties where required by law or to protect the safety of people or animals

5.4 Marketing use. Unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent, you authorize us to use photos, videos, and testimonials of you and your dog from Uploaded Information in our marketing, including on our website and social media, without compensation. Personal details such as your address and phone number will not be displayed publicly without your permission.
5.5 Your responsibility for what you upload. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all Uploaded Information, that it does not violate anyone's rights, and that it contains no unlawful, harmful, or malicious content (including viruses). You agree not to upload sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers through our forms.
5.6 Removal requests. You may ask us in writing to remove your Uploaded Information or stop marketing use of your photos and videos. We will make reasonable efforts to comply, but we cannot retrieve materials already published or shared with third parties, and we may keep records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Privacy and Data Security
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You submit information at your own risk.
7. Training Information and No Guarantees
Website content, including training tips, behavior resources, the behavior search tool, videos, and written material, is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a personalized evaluation or for veterinary or behavioral medical advice. Dog behavior is influenced by genetics, health, environment, and owner consistency, so we make no guarantee of any specific result from website content or from our services except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement. Consult a licensed veterinarian about any health or medical concern.
8. Assumption of Risk
Working with dogs involves inherent risks, including bites, scratches, falls, and injury to people, pets, or property. By using our services or attending any session, event, or facility visit, you acknowledge these risks. The specific liability release and assumption of risk terms are set out in your signed service agreement, which controls over these Terms for any service.
9. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations
Pricing, deposits, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in the service agreement for your program. Prices shown on the website are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer. Deposits are non-refundable as described in your service agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, training methods, course materials, and design, is the property of Connective Canine LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, scheduling, payment, or social media platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connective Canine LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, your reliance on its content, or your submission of information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed $100.00. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connective Canine LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information or content, or your failure to disclose a dog's known behavioral or health issues.
15. Termination of Access
We may suspend or block your access to the website or decline to respond to your submissions at any time, for any reason, without notice.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or submission of information after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Connective Canine LLC regarding the website and your submissions. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for the services it covers.

Card Authorization Payment Terms
By agreeing to our Payment Terms, you authorize Connective Canine LLC to charge your card $1.00 today to reserve your enrollment and qualification call. This charge also authorizes Connective Canine LLC to securely store your payment method on file (via Stripe) for the future billing described below.
How your guarantee and billing work:

  • If your dog does not qualify for Group Classes following your qualification call, your $1.00 will be refunded in full within 2 business days. No further charges will be made.

  • If your dog qualifies and attends Class 1, and is not walking on a loose leash by the end of that class (per your trainer's assessment), you will not be charged beyond the original $1.00. Class 1 is provided at no cost.

  • If your dog qualifies and demonstrates loose-leash walking by the end of Class 1, your card on file will be charged:

    • $75.00 for Class 1 (session + equipment) if you choose not to continue and exemplify yourself from this offer in the future, or

    • $500.00 for full enrollment in the 5-week Group Class program (equipment, session recordings/notes, and online training resources) — the current promotional rate, discounted from the regular $800.00 price.

  • You will receive email confirmation of any charge made under these terms.
